GENERAL INFORMATION
Students are expected to meet the pass mark of 60% in all subjects. If students fail to achieve an overall average of 60% at the end of the first term, they will be placed on an academic probation at the start of the next term. If there is no improvement, from the final examination, the student may be asked to repeat the grade on a probationary basis or withdraw from the institution.
Students are normally admitted to 7th grade through the GSAT examination administered by the Ministry of Education Youth and Culture. Students applying for entrance to Sixth Form are expected to matriculate through CSEC/GCE examination. All other students requesting transfer to Ardenne High School are required to be at least on par academically with the respective grade cohort. Request for transfer does not guarantee an acceptance into the school.
